The privacy of all our users is very important to us. When you use our Service as an Application User (as the Application Publisher), we process your Personal Data. This Privacy Notice explains how we protect and process your Personal Data. We recommend that you read it carefully.

2. Types of Personal Data processed

A. Personal Data used by our Service

We use Anonymous Data to improve our service. This information will not be made public through the Service.

B. Automatically generated information

Like most other websites and online services, we collect and process automatically generated information about how you use the App. The information collected includes your IP address and / or your unique device ID.

If you specifically choose to participate, the App may collect your geolocation information. In any case, you can prevent the acquisition of your geolocation information from your mobile device settings.

If you specifically choose to allow access and collection of information from your social network account, your basic personal information (such as your name and email address) in your social network account as well as social network user ID (not your password) and parameters related to the posts you share through the App. Please refer to the social network’s privacy policy for more information on how you can adjust your account privacy preferences to control information that can be accessed and retrieved.

This also happens with automatically generated information about how you use the App. This type of information helps us to better understand how the Application is used and to produce a service that suits your needs as a user.

If you enable user authorization features within the application, the following additional information is stored:

  • Email (required)
  • Subscription Information

We also collect the following (unknown) information to inform the application owner about the use of the application:

• The moment you open the application,

• The screens you open in the application and the time you spend on these screens,

• The moment you leave the application.

Note: if user authorization features are enabled, we can associate anonymous information with your information when you log in.

C. Certain Information

You may be asked to apply for certain activities such as loyalty cards, newsletters, advertising; In this case, some personal information is requested. This information is stored in the database of our service (including third parties) and will be shared with us.

When you upload data, including photos from the app, it will be shared and visible to all other users of the app.

3. Purposes of processing Personal Data

A. Purposes

Parties process Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To enable you to use the service,
  • To keep information about our service up to date,
  • For the improvement and / or customization of the service,
  • To identify you and / or customize the Service,
  • To know you and prevent fraud,
  • To provide support,
  • To transmit your Personal Data to third parties if you request this from us or where we are legally obliged.

   

B. Transmission of Personal Data to third parties

We do not sell, sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties without your prior consent. However, we may provide your Personal Data to third parties where it is necessary to provide you with your Personal Data or to follow instructions, such as paying through payment providers for Paid Services.

We may provide “aggregated anonymous data” about the use of the Service to third parties for such purposes as we consider appropriate. “Total anonymous data” are data that cannot be returned to you and are therefore not considered Personal Data. For example, we may use aggregated anonymous data to better understand how Users use the Service.

In the event that we switch to a third party or are merged with a third party or are subject to restructuring, your Personal Data may also be disclosed and/or transferred to that third party. This third party will have the right to continue to use Personal Data and other information you provide to us.

We may disclose your Personal Data in good faith where we believe you need to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, criminal or civil subpoena, or other legal action or request issued by law enforcement authorities or exercise legal rights or defend against legal claims.

4. In-App Purchases

The App is supported by in-app purchases revenue. Therefore, the App is provided, per the terms of this Agreement, without an additional fee unless you have activated the special features by purchasing a subscription to that service. A subscription functions as an “in-app” purchase option, which will show a live score widget and provide add more than one team feature served through the application. Subscriptions renew on a periodic basis (as designated by InstaMatch) unless you indicate and request non-renewal through the App. Subscription payments will be processed by InstaMatch or a participating mobile app provider, such as Google Play or Apple iTunes, from which you originally downloaded the application. You may access the applicable “in-app” purchase rules and policies directly from the applicable app store(s). Additional terms or conditions may apply to a subscription at the time of order or renewal.

5. Places where Personal Data is processed

Data centers that store data processed within the service are located in different regions., Turkey, Ireland, the Netherlands, is provided by using hosting services located in the United States of America. However, the processed Personal Data may be transferred and stored to custody servers located in a country other than these countries and regions. We will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure that your Personal Data is used securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

6. What security measures are in place to protect Personal Data?

The security of your data and the security of other Users is very important to us. We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against loss or any illegal processing. We have implemented the following measures: protecting our servers through firewalls, SSL connections and encryption of sensitive data. This list is not exhaustive.

7. Limitations of liability regarding third parties

Our Service may contain hyperlinks to services and products offered by third parties and / or websites or services of partners, advertisers, and other third parties.

   

The parties have no control or influence over the content, websites, or services of these third parties. Different privacy policies may apply to the use of third-party websites and services. This Privacy Statement only relates to Personal Data obtained by the parties through your use of the Service for their own purposes. The parties do not assume any responsibility for the content, applications, or operation of third party websites and services.

8. Viewing and Deleting Personal Data

You can send a request to contact us or delete personal information collected using the application by e-mail. You may be asked to provide additional information to verify your identity.

9. Child privacy

Personal information about children is not intentionally or intentionally collected.

10. Security

Measures are applied to ensure the security of your personal information, to minimize the risk of damage, to prevent loss of information and unauthorized access or to use the information. However, these measures cannot provide absolute information security. The parties recommend that you check this page from time to time to be aware of the changes to this Privacy Statement and to be informed about how the parties will protect your Personal Data. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Privacy Statement and to be informed about updates, and you accept and undertake.

You agree to be bound by any of the changes made to this Statement. Your continued use of the Application after the change takes effect will indicate your acceptance of the amended Notice. If you do not accept the amended Statement, you must uninstall the App and refrain from using it any further.
